May Challenge – are you in?

Will you do a plank a day in May with us?


I challenge you to do a 60 second plank every day. For those of you who are more advanced, add a hip drop plank in the mix.

Here’s a quick video I made to show both variations of plank in case you needed a little extra clarification on how to do them.

    Ok I’m up to 30 seconds, working my way up! Sometimes I have to switch using my elbows from my hands though.

      lovely! 30 seconds is fabulous!

      I switch from one to the other too, my shoulders get to bothering me a little. But as long as your holding your core nice and tight, you’re still getting the benefit 🙂
