    Hello, I just read your reveiw on ChaLean Extreme & I was wondering what weights you were lifting. Currently I have 6lbs, 8lbs, & adjustable weights that go up to 12.5lbs.

      Hi Dana,
      I used 8lbs for the smallest muscle work (triceps,& some parts of the shoulder), but for larger muscles I used 12.5-15 and then 20-25lbs for legs. (I have the bowflex adjustable weights)
