Personal Training and Nutrition Plans

Many of us WANT to eat healthier, lose weight, and get healthy but don’t know where to start. There’s so much information out there – and it can be very confusing.

I’m an ISSA certified fitness trainer AND specialist in fitness nutrition and it’s my passion to help people with this. I’ve been researching, studying and experimenting in these areas for over 3 years. I’ve even tried it all myself. And I can help you with it all. I specialize in beginners and intermediate clients; and am a specialist in Senior Fitness too.

 A) Online personal training ($50/month)

  • Includes personalized workout plan, delivered weekly, including exercise descriptions, exact directions, and working around your needs. Choose from 4, 5, or 6 days a week of workouts and your plan will be geared toward your preferences
  • Includes basic nutrition information based on your goals
  • Includes unlimited email support
  • Includes weekly check-ins, you’ll give me updates on your workout successes, and send me new measurements weekly. This will help you stay accountable, too!
  • Includes feedback on your check-ins from me weekly
  • Includes initial workout plan and 1 adjustment monthly if necessary
  • After 3 months, receive a 50% discount on your 4th month!

B) Online personal training with nutrition plan ($75/month)

  • Includes all of the above
  • Also includes detailed nutrition plan based on your body, preferences and goals. Initial plan is delivered the first week, and each month we will re-evaluate together and you’ll receive a new version
    • This is a non-dieting approach, and instead I’ll teach you how to still eat and enjoy food while achieving your goals. We’ll focus on nutritious foods, but also balance, ensuring you still enjoy your meals AND we won’t demonize any food group!
  • In addition to your workout plan being delivered weekly, you’ll also receive addition nutrition advice to build on your knowledge 
  • Includes one nutrition plan adjustment monthly if necessary  

Personal Training WITH Nutrition – 1 month

C) Nutrition plan/coaching ($30/month)

This easy diet plan will include what YOUR caloric and nutrient needs are and what foods are best for YOU and your goals. Your plan will lay out exactly what to do and not to do. It’ll even give you a list of things you should keep in your pantry and refrigerator. And I’ll make recommendations for exercise if you’re ready for that too. Your personalized plan will be easy-to-read and just for you.

  • Includes a detailed nutrition plan, based on your body, preferences and goals. 
  • Includes one adjustment monthly if necessary
  • Includes unlimited email support
  • Includes weekly check-ins. Send me your food log if you’d like, or just an overview, we’ll discuss and come up with solutions to any issues or suggestions if needed
  • Includes advice on workouts, but no detailed personalized workout plan
  • After 3 months, receive a 50% discount on your 4th month!

Once you decide to get started with any of these options, we’ll exchange emails so that I can understand your goals and get your specifics about height, weight, age, activity and likes and dislikes. After that, I will get you your PERSONAL plan in two business days.
